I founded Tomorrow Partners to bring strategic design to places where the stakes are high, the issues are complex, and the opportunity to make a difference is real.
That idea has carried us through nearly 20 years of change. We began with a focus on sustainability, design-driven social change, and human-centered design, then expanded into government service modernization, because public systems need to work better for the people who rely on them.
Today, we’re bringing that same approach to a new and urgent challenge: AI infrastructure development.
Data centers are now part of one of the biggest buildouts of our time. We’re seeing real attention on energy, water, and climate impacts, but much less on what these projects mean for the communities that host them—their cultural identity, way of life, local economy, and future.
That gap matters.
We believe communities shouldn’t just be asked to absorb change—they should have a real say in shaping it.
Our new service offering is designed to help companies, governments, and communities navigate these projects with more honesty, better listening, and stronger collaboration. We help surface what people need, what they value, what they fear, and what kind of investment would actually help a community thrive on its own terms.
This work is deeply connected to why I started Tomorrow Partners in the first place. We’ve always worked to turn complexity into action and help shape outcomes that hold up over time. This new offering is about doing that in a space where things are moving fast, consequences are enormous, and getting it right is essential.
If you’re working in this space—as a developer, policymaker, investor, innovator, or community leader—we’d love to start a conversation or get your support in making introductions to others who care about doing this work right.
